I recently purchased a few items from ELF (Eyes Lips and Face) as there was an offer on, which was if you spend over £15 you get a free 32pc Eyeshadow Palette, and if you spent over £30 there was free delivery.
So here are the things that I purchased and a mini review for all of them:
| |
Nail Polish in "Mint Green" and in "Nude" (£1.50) each Swatches of the two colours, they look way better on your nails.
They look amazing for any occasion, they dry really quickly, I currently have the Mint Green on my finger nails and Nude on my toes. |
Studio Stipple Brush (£3.50)
The tip of the brush is supposed to be white, but I used it earlier for my bronzer and couldnt be bothered to clean it, sorry!
This brush is really soft and is great for applying liquid or powdered products, you can use it to build up your product from sheer to heavy coverage, love it! |
Lipstick in the shade "Gypsy" (£1.50)
This lipstick is a sheer deep pink colour, and its great for a casual day look, it also suits any skin tone. |
Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder in "Warm Tan" (£1.50)
This bronzer is really pigmented and is great for contouring and gives you a natural healty glow. |
Studio Blush in "Candid Coral" (£3.50)
This blusher is from their studio line, its quite a matte finish with a tiny bit of shimmer and is a very natural colour, its good for highlighting the cheek bones for a more natural look.
Studio Shimmer Palette (£3.50)
Very creamy and weightless consistency, comes in 4 different shades, and is great for highlighting or mixing with other products to make it shimmer, I normally apply it just underneath my brows, on my cheek bones or my cupids bow.
Liquid Eyeliner in "Black" (£1.50)
This liquid eyeliner glides on really easily, doesnt smudge and stays on for hours.
Studio Eye Primer and Liner Sealer (£3.50)
One of my favorite products, the eye primer is good, but the coolest thing about this is the liner sealer, you literally dab the sealer end into any eyeshadow you want and you can use it as a liquid eyeliner!
Hypershine Lipgloss in "Vixen" (£1.50)
A shiny lip gloss that looks good on top of lipstick or on its own, not much colour though, its a very light pink.
Duo Eyeshadow Cream in "Butter Pecan" (£1.50)
Creamy eyeshadows, which looks nice blended together or on its own, looks great as a smoky brown eyeshadow look.
Plumping Lip Glaze in "Peach Passion" (£1.50)
Love the colour of this, its a nudey peach colour, and its best for giving a fuller lips look, you put the clear side on first, and it starts to tingle and then you put the coloured side on, it gives full coverage on the lips. |
Complete Coverage Concealer in "Medium" (£3.50)
Comes in four different shades, so its great for covering dark circles around the eyes, blemishes and redness. |
Luscious Liquid Lipstick in "Strawberry" (£1.50)
Full coverage, and smells minty, its also flattering on all skin tones and stays on for a very long time. |
32pc Eyeshadow Palette in "Everyday Brights" (£9.00)
I got this item free because of the offer, its a excellent product, the colours are very pigmented, and loving all the different shades of colours that you can wear any day. |
Studio Conditioning Lip Balm in "Mellow Melon" (£3.50)
The conditioning lip balms are relatively new to ELF, the lip balm has SPF 15 for protection from the sun, and has a lot of colour, its also has vitamins A and E, probably one of my favorite products that ive purchased, liking the packaging as well! | |

Overall, ELF's motto, "where beauty meets value", is really appropriate for their brand, im really happy with my purchases, I cant find any faults with the products that I purchased and would definitely recommend ELF to my friends and family and will definitely shop there again. I'm also really happy that when I chose standard delivery, my order came in the post the following day!
